Debilitates the mind and body and diminishes our ability to thrive. The American Medical Association has determined that Stress is responsible for the onset of 80% of disease. We are faced with stress every day, and normally our body, mind, and spirit can deal with this daily stress quite well. When we become overwhelmed with Stress, our immune system crashes, our mental capacity dwindles, and our spirit becomes depressed. We need tools in our life in order to find balance and harmony, and to stay well. Various therapies, meditation, exercise, and connection with others can serve to keep stress in balance with the other elements that make up our modern lives.In my practice I offer healing services that include Guided Visualization and meditation, Acupuncture for Stress, Massage Therapy, Sound and Energetic Healing, and Medicine Buddha Healing. These are effective tools in the effort to manage your stress. Now more than ever, we need to be aware of Stress and its impact on our health and wellness.
